Though Chetak wanted to continue his education, his weak financial condition did not permit him to do so. Further, after the passing of his father, Chetak assumed the responsibilities of a sole breadwinner for a family of four which included his mother, a younger brother & a sister. However, his income was meagre and a family of four found it difficult to make ends meet.
Present Roles & Responsibilities in family and in the working company – Currently Chetak is working as a “Café In-charge” with Café Coffee Day. He soon began to interact with his peers, participated in activities and with support from the teaching faculty, gained the confidence which he lacked earlier. He worked hard on his soft skills and personality and today Chetak is no longer the shy, introvert boy he was but a confident young man with a pleasing personality ready to take on some of life’s biggest challenges. His hard work paid rich dividends when Chetak was employed by Café Coffee Day as “Cafe In-charge”. At the time of joining he was appointed as a “Team Level Member -2” but only within a year, Chetak saw his first promotion wherein he was promoted as a “Café Manager”.
